5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 7 snacks, and 5 dinners for each week (4 weeks). The remaining days use leftovers.

What age is this for?
This plan is made for toddlers in mind (ages 1+). If you want to use for a baby under 1, you may need to change some things up. I have a baby myself and I just modify a few things for her!
